OF USE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
VIP Service "VIP Lounge"
Orders for providing services in the VIP lounge are
accepted in advance, but not later than 2 hours before the departure or arrival
of the aircraft in the case of an international flight, and no later than 1
hour before the departure or arrival of the flight in case of a domestic
flight.
The passenger must arrive at the VIP lounge no later
than 1 hour and 20 minutes before the departure of the aircraft according the
schedule.
VIP lounge services include the following:
- consulting on the air transportation rules;
- access to the VIP lounge and free parking during
staying in the VIP lounge;
- organization of the check-in and passenger passing
all types of control, established by law;
- baggage labeling with a special "VIP" tag;
- passenger's stay in the VIP lounge during waiting
time for boarding;
- access to the Internet through WI-FI;
- an opportunity to print, to scan and to copy
documents;
- cold or/and hot drinks;
- delivery to/from the aircraft with individual
transport;
- taxi ordering;
- baggage wrapping (extra charge);
- restaurant service (extra charge).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the order and denial of service on the
initiative of the International Airport of Zaporozhye:
International Airport of Zaporozhye may cancel the
ordered services due to force majeure circumstances. In this case, the
passenger receives a refund in full;
International airport of Zaporozhye has the right to
deny service to the passenger, in case of his arrival later than the time
specified in the terms of use of the relevant services. In this case, 50% of
the funds for VIP service are reduced.
International airport of Zaporozhye has the right to
deny service to the passenger, who is in a state of alcohol, narcotic or other
intoxication or violates public order. In such a case, if the service was
actually provided in full or in part, the passenger does not receive a refund.
Cancellation of the order and refusal of service on the initiative of the passenger:
If the passenger canceled the order and refused to
receive services less than 2 hours prior to the time of provision of VIP lounge
the funds are returned to the passenger with the retention of 50% of the cost
of ordered services;
If the passenger canceled the order and refused to
receive services less than 1 hour prior to the time of provision of VIP lounge,
the passenger is charged 100% of the cost of the ordered services.
Additional conditions
In case of flight delay, forced change of the route or
cancellation of the flight, or if the airline denied the passenger transportation
services for any reason, but the service has been actually provided in part or
in full, the passenger does not receive a refund.
