1. Why do I need to register in the service?
Registration in the HighPass service is required to obtain:
- code-confirmation of the order by e-mail;
- access to current orders and order history in your account;
- ability to manage orders.
2. How to register in the service?
You are automatically registered when you first order the service through the HighPass service. A letter with a password to your personal account will be sent to your e-mail.

3. Why do I need to enter my email?
It is necessary to enter your current e-mail address, because to this address that you will receive a voucher with the order confirmation code, which you will be asked to present by the airport staff before providing the ordered services.
4. What if I can't log in to the service?
In case of unsuccessful authorization in HighPass service:
- check if you enter your e-mail in the appropriate field "Email” correctly;
- you may have already passed the automatic registration when you first ordered the service through the HighPass service and you already have a personal account registered to your current e-mail;
- use the "Password Recovery" option by clicking on the link "Forgot password", specifying the current email and clicking "Reset" button.

1. How can I purchase the selected service online?
To purchase the service through the HighPass service:
- select the airport of departure or arrival;
- select the required service;
- specify the date and time of your planned arrival at the airport;
- fill in the information about the passenger or passengers, as in the identity document;
- specify the current contact information (phone number in international format, current e-mail);
- enter your payment card details and pay for the order;
- a voucher with a confirmation code will be sent to the e-mail specified when ordering the service.
The created order, order history and their status can be viewed in the personal account of HighPass service on the official website - highpass.aero.
2. How long before departure can I purchase the service?
You can book the service in advance 364 days before the date of delivery. The minimum booking time depends on the rules of the airport and the service you have chosen.
The rules of booking and provision of services can be found on the official website of the airport and in the HighPass service in the description of the service you are interested in.
3. How to book a service using a mobile device?
Book the required service via the service HighPass with a mobile device as easily as on a PC. Go to the mobile version of the HighPass official website highpass.aero or use the HighPass booking module on the official website of the airport, whose service you want to book. To use the service, it is enough to use the usual mobile Internet of your operator.
4. Where can I see my order information?
The history of orders, current orders and their status can be seen in your personal account of HighPass service on the official website of highpass.aero in the "Orders" section.
5. Can I order a service for someone?
You can order the service for yourself, your family, friends and colleagues. To do this, when ordering, you must enter the data of the passenger who plans to use the service.
After receiving a letter with a voucher-confirmation of the ordered service to your e-mail, do not forget to transfer the voucher-confirmation to all passengers specified in the order.
6. Can I order the service for several people at once?
When ordering services, you must specify the actual number of people planning to use the services. When placing an order in the additional field, you must specify their names, as in the document to be used in the journey.
7. What passenger data should be entered when ordering services?
When ordering services through the service HighPass in the appropriate fields of the order you must enter:
- passenger's name and surname as in the identity document;
- contact phone number in international format;
- current email.
8. Is it necessary to enter the ticket data when ordering services?
To order the service, simply select the airport, enter the flight number, the date and time of the planned arrival at the airport, and fill in the fields with the contact details of the passenger planning to use the service.
1. Can I save my order without payment?
When ordering a service through HighPass, you must pay for the selected services immediately, as payment is included in the order process and cannot be made later.
2. What are the payment methods for the booked services?
To pay for the services through the HighPass service you can use credit / debit cards.
To pay for services, you need to fill in the appropriate fields of the form:
- card number — 16 digits on the front side of the card;
- CVV code — 3 digits on the reverse side of the card. If there are more digits, enter the last 3. If there is no such code on the card, contact the bank that issued the card to clarify the details;
- card validity — month and year indicated on the front side of the card;
- name of the card holder (in Latin letters).
A confirmation code will be sent to your e-mail address specified during registration.
Created orders, order history and their statuses can be viewed in the personal account of HighPass service. We will send you an email with a password to your personal account.
3. What are the ways to confirm the ordered service?
The confirmation of the service ordered through the HighPass service is only a voucher with a QR code and a letter code confirmation, which is sent to the buyer's e-mail.
4. What should I do if I cannot make the payment at the time of booking?
Possible causes of failure of payment though the HighPass service:
- your account has insufficient funds or a limit on the amount of online payments;
- your payment card has not passed the anti-fraud check;
- technical reasons.
Anti-fraud check is a complex system of actions of various banks, which allows to detect fraud in the process of online payment.
There are several typical reasons why a bank may find your transaction suspicious and ask for confirmation:
- payment is not made in the country in which your payment card was issued;
- your payment card is in the "black list" of anti-fraud systems;
- the payment system has blocked the processing of payment cards issued in certain countries, for example: some countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America and others, where the maximum number of risks and crimes with payment cards is recorded annually.

1. What is the order confirmation code and what is it for?
Confirmation of the service ordered through the HighPass service is only a voucher with a QR-code and a letter code confirmation, which is sent to the buyer to the e-mail specified during registration. To confirm the service for your convenience, you can present the voucher with the confirmation code of the order to the staff of the airport, at the time of rendering service or to dictate a letter code, also specified in the voucher.
The confirmation QR code is a two-dimensional bar code that contains encrypted information about your order.
2. How to get the order confirmation code?
Voucher code-confirmation of the order is automatically sent to your e-mail immediately after payment.
3. Do I need to print the voucher with the order confirmation code?
In order to use the ordered service, you must present a voucher with a confirmation code to the airport employee. There is no need to print the voucher, it can be shown directly on your smartphone.
4. What if the voucher did not come, but the money was written off?
If you have not received a voucher with a code confirmation after payment for the service:
- check the correctness of the e-mail you entered in your personal account;
- check for the letter with the order confirmation in the spam folder of your email;
- contact the HighPass support service by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or according to the contact details specified on the official website of the service highpass.aero.
1. Can I change the ordered service to another date?
To make any changes, you must cancel an existing order in your account in the "Orders" section and create a new one with the latest data.
2. Can I change my passenger details after payment?
The change of passenger data to the data of another person provides for the complete cancellation of the order and the creation of a new one. A cancellation message will be sent to your email.
In case of a minor typo in the name or surname of the passenger, there is no need to cancel the order. You can contact the airport for more information on the contact details provided in your voucher.
1. How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order in the HighPass service, you need to:
- enter the "Orders" section in your account;
- click "Cancel” option;
- confirm cancellation of the order.
A cancellation message will be sent to your email.
2. What is the minimum and maximum cancellation period?
The cancellation period of the current service through the HighPass service is governed by the rules of the airport whose service you have booked. The rules of booking and provision of services can be found on the official website of the airport and in the HighPass service in the description of the service you are interested in. For more information, contact the support HighPass service by e-mail email@example.com or at the contact information listed on the official website of the service highpass.aero.
3. Will I get my money back, if I cancel the service and to what extent?
If the passenger for any reason canceled the ordered service, its cost is returned to the bank card with which the payment was made. The refund amount is subject to the rules of the airport you have booked.
The rules of booking and provision of services can be found on the official website of the airport and in the HighPass service in the description of the service you are interested in. Refunds usually take up to 14 days, but in any case it depends on the internal policy of your Bank, which can make a refund up to 30 days from the date of cancellation.
If the issue is not resolved, please contact the bank that issued your payment card.
4. Can I get a refund to another bank card?
Refunds are made only to the Bank card with which the payment was made.

The meeting point at the airport, as well as all contact details are indicated in your voucher. You can contact the airport staff to help you find your way around.
2. What to do if there is an error when using the service?
In case of technical errors and any other problems in the use of HighPass service, please contact support by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or according to the contact details specified on the official website of the service highpass.aero.
3. Does the service work without Internet connection?
To use HighPass service, you must be connected to the Internet. For free use, the usual mobile Internet of your operator is enough. In order to use the ordered service, it is enough to present a voucher with the order confirmation code loaded in your email.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the Terms), govern your access or use of our applications, websites, tools, platforms and / or other devices (Highpass Service, as defined below) provided by Renovacio LLC directly or indirectly (through distributors, subagents, other entities).
1.2. By accessing, viewing and using the Highpass Service through our website or any of our applications or in any other way and / or by booking, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to follow them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you can not access or use the Highpass Service.
1.3. The following definitions apply in these Terms:
1.4. These Terms apply only when booking Airport Services, which are rendered by Service Providers in Ukraine.
1.5. The Highpass Service is available only for personal and non-commercial use and is intended solely for persons over 18 years old. By using the Highpass Service you acknowledge and warrant that you use the Highpass Service for personal and non-commercial use, and that you are at least 18 years old.
2.1. Airport Services can only be booked by users registered with the Highpass Service, for which users must provide valid personal data requested (such as full name, telephone number and email address). When registering in the Highpass Service, each user creates a personal user account.
2.2. You acknowledge and agree that any person, whom you allowed to use your personal user account or whom you have provided personal data on your personal user account in the Highpass Service (login and password) can access and use the Highpass Service on your behalf, and that you will be fully responsible for any actions (including the booking of the Airport Services and payment) performed by such a person.
2.3. By booking the Airport Services through the Highpass Service, the user enters into direct (legally binding) contractual relations with the Provider, whose Services he or she has booked. Renovacio LLC acts solely as an intermediary between the User and the Service Provider, transferring the terms of the user's booking to the appropriate Provider, sends the booking confirmation (Booking ID) to the user in the name and on behalf of the Service Provider, and ensures payment acceptance (with the help of the Payment Operator) when paying for the Airport Services. You agree and are fully acknowledge that under any circumstances Renovacio LLC is not a party to any agreement for the provision of Airport Services between you and the Service Provider.
2.4. The rules for booking and providing airport services are published on the Highpass Service in the Information about Airport Services. If you do not agree with these rules for booking and providing Airport Services, you may not book Airport Services.
2.5. Any Information about Airport Services provided or published on the Highpass Service regarding Airport Services is provided or published by the relevant Service Provider. The Provider shall be fully and solely responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the Information about the Airport Services, including, but not limited to: for updating all prices, availability of Airport Services, conditions of booking cancellation, conditions of the Provider's denial to provide Services and the user's refusal to receive Services, chargeback policy and other information about the Airport Services available for booking through the Highpass Service. Renovacio LLC does not and cannot guarantee that the Information about Services published by the Providers on the Highpass Service is accurate, complete or correct. Renovacio LLC is not responsible for the verification of the Information about Services published by Service Providers on the Highpass Service.
2.6. Any information displayed on the Highpass Service is not and should not be construed as a recommendation or approval of Renovacio LLC (as the administrator of the Highpass Service) of any Provider or any Airport Services.
2.7. To complete the booking, you must pay the full cost of the Airport Services.
2.8. By booking, you confirm that you have read and unconditionally agree with the rules for booking and providing airport services, the terms of Cancellations and Denials, the chargeback policy of your Service Provider.
3.1. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices for Airport Services listed on the Highpass Service include VAT and all other applicable taxes.
3.2. The automatic currency converter available on the Highpass Service is for your information only; actual exchange rate may vary. You acknowledge and agree that Service Providers and / or Renovacio LLC may, at its discretion, round up or down the price paid to Service Providers to the nearest whole number of the currency in which the price is expressed.
3.3. Users do not pay any additional fees or other payments (in favor of the Service Providers or Renovacio LLC), except for the cost of the Airport Services booked.
3.4. The booked Airport Services shall be fully prepaid during the booking process. The booking of the Airport Services cannot be completed until full payment is made for such airport Services.
3.5. Renovacio LLC, on behalf and at the expense of the Providers, provides users with the opportunity to pay for the Airport Services booked through the Highpass Service with the help of the Payment Operator, engaged by Renovacio LLC.
4.1. Within 25 hours after completing the booking via Highpass Service, you will receive a notification (to your email address) about whether your booking has been confirmed by the Service Provider - in this case, you will be provided with a unique Booking ID.
5.1. By using the Highpass Service, you acknowledge and agree that even after confirming the booking of the Airport Services, the Service Providers reserve the right to cancel the booking or deny the provision of the booked Airport Services (hereinafter referred to as Cancellations and Denials).
5.2. Also, you have the right to cancel your Service booking or to refuse to receive it yourself.
5.3. Each Airport Service Provider establishes Cancellations and Denials rules independently, including:
The above Cancellations and Denials terms and chargeback policy are specified in the Information about the Airport Services posted by Providers.
5.4. In case of Cancellation of the booked Airport Services at the initiative of the Supplier, you will be immediately notified by the email address you specified when booking.
5.5. You have the right to be subject to the Cancellations and Denials terms, as well as the chargeback policy in effect at the time of your booking of the Airport Service.
5.6. A request to cancel a booking at the initiative of the User must be sent by the user via his or her personal account.
6.1. In order to receive the booked Airport Services, the user must provide the Service Provider with a Booking ID and other supporting data or documents (for example, a passport, air ticket) according to the requirements of each Provider posted in the Information about the airport Services.
7.1. RENOVACIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO USERS OR THIRD PARTIES FOR THE PROVISION OF THE AIRPORT SERVICES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEIR QUALITY, COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESCRIPTION, OR ANY CANCELLATIONS OR DENIALS). FULFILLING OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO THE AIRPORT SERVICES IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF SERVICE PROVIDERS. ANY CLAIMS OR COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE AIRPORT SERVICES MAY ONLY BE FILED TO SERVICE PROVIDERS.
7.2. In accordance with the restrictions set forth in these Terms, in the cases established by law, Renovaсio LLC shall be liable only for direct damages done to, paid for or suffered by users due to the unfair fulfillment of our obligations set forth in these Terms. In any case, our liability (for a single event or a series of related events) is limited to the cumulative sum of the total cost of your booking specified in the email confirmation received by the user in accordance with clause 4.1. of these Terms.
7.3. Renovacio LLC shall not be liable for any damages (direct losses, lost profits), payment of any penalties (fines and other sanctions), any other losses or expenses made, incurred or paid by you, arising from or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay in the operation of the Highpass Service. Renovacio LLC also disclaims any liability for (i) any inaccuracies related to the Information about the Airport Services provided by Service Providers on the Highpass Service and (ii) the rendering of such Services by the Providers. Renovacio LLC shall not be liable for any interruptions in the Highpass Service (for example, due to technical breakdown, repair, upgrading or maintenance of the Highpass Service or for any other reason).
7.4. Renovacio LLC also shall not be liable for errors (including obvious and typographical errors), as well as any inaccurate, misleading or incorrect information (incompleteness or non-provision of such information). Each Service Provider shall be liable at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the Information about the Airport Services (including information on pricing and availability of certain Airport Services) published on the Highpass Service, as well as any other information published or provided for publication on the Highpass Service. Obvious errors contained in the Highpass Service do not entail legal obligations.
7.5. Any claims or complaints regarding the Highpass Service or any Airport Service, action or event for which Renovacio LLC may be liable must be submitted in a timely manner, but no later than 1 (one) month after the date of the event or action, which is the basis for such a claim or complaint. Any claim or complaint filed after the expiration of 1 (one) month may be rejected, and its bearer will lose the right to any compensation or refund. Claims or complaints referred to in this paragraph should be sent to the following email address email@example.com.
7.6. Renovacio LLC may at any time decide to terminate the Highpass Service operation without prior notice to users. Renovacio LLC does not guarantee that Highpass Service will be compatible with the user hardware and software. Renovacio LLC is not obliged to provide its services in case of failures in its technical infrastructure, software, servers or failures in technical infrastructure, software or network resources of other entities on which Highpass Service depends, or in case of errors or failures in its own servers.
8.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine. In case of discrepancy in understanding of the different translations of these Terms, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.
8.2. This version of the Terms shall enter into force on December 1, 2018.

We use a third party platform host, who hosts the forms on our site, they do not have any access to the personal information that you submit on our Website.

The data that we collect will be stored on the cloud based in the European Economic Area ("EEA").

The communication internally between our servers (e.g. between application server and database) is handled via secure socket layer ("SSL") to provide AE-256 encryption and all information between our servers and your browser is handled via SSL (up to 256-bit encryption, depending upon your browser), providing an industry-standard level of protection for data in- transit.
